ESX-8CV is a module that works as an expander for ES-40, ES-5, etc. and outputs 8 standard CVs.Since you're getting eight 8-bit signals out of one 8-bit connection, the sample rate will run at 12/1 to 3/1 times the sample rate your audio interface is running at (depending on how many outputs you're using).For example, if your audio interface is running at 24kHz, it will be between 48kHz and 16kHz.This is a sufficient rate for sending normal CVs other than audio rate signals or very fast envelope signals.
