Refund policy

Refunds and returns will only be accepted if there is an initial defect and if you contact the head office within one week of receipt, or if the delivery date of the reserved item is behind schedule.Please contact us with your order number and product name.In the case of a return, we will specify the return address of the item, so please return it promptly to that address.After confirming the received contents here, we will promptly refund you.We will not refund any fees incurred at the time of payment, such as cash on delivery fees and bank transfer fees.In addition, refunds will be made according to the payment method used by the customer.In the case of refund of products paid by cash on delivery, we will refund by bank transfer.

We accept returns only if the item has issues from the start or ETA of pre-order item is getting delayed, and the buyer requests return / refund within 7 days after he / she receives the item.Please make sure to contact us before you return items. We don't cover any fee (eg bank transfer fee) spent in the process of payment in case of refund.
