This is information about repair services for modules that are out of warranty or purchased from other stores/used and have defects.
If you would like to request a repair, please contact us by filling out the form below.The flow after that is as follows.
- We will contact you after confirming your application.If we determine that there is a possibility of a defect, we will ask you to send the product back to us.Please pay the shipping costs to and from our store.
- Once we receive the product, we will give you an estimate of the repair cost.The repair fee starts at 5,500 yen including tax, and will increase depending on the nature of the problem.The estimate itself is free.
- Once you approve the estimate, we will invoice you for the fee, and we will begin repair work immediately after payment.
- We will contact you after the repair is completed and return it to the address you specified.
*If a problem other than the one estimated is found during or after the repair, we may estimate additional charges.
