MUSICAL FEATURES

Quaid Megaslope is a function generator that operates in three modes:
  • Multistage envelope
  • LFO that allows flexible waveform design
  • CV step sequencer
Each stage has a Level that sets the value of the output voltage, a Time that sets the time to reach it, and a slope control that smoothly changes the response characteristics of the voltage change at the time of transition from logarithmic to linear to exponential. , Level and time can be controlled by CV for each stage.

The residence time for each stage is 1 millisecond to about 3 minutes, and the output has a bipolar output that moves ± 5V and a unipolar output that moves 0-8V. It also has an EOS / EOC output that outputs a trigger at the end of each stage or cycle, and it is possible to create complex functions by intuitive operation.
