JACKS and KNOBS
Frequency knob
Set the frequency of the oscillator.
Fine Knobs
Set the frequency of the oscillator in detail.
Pulsewidth Knob
Adjusts the pulse width of the pulse wave (square wave).
Pulse width modulation attenuator
The CV attenuator to the Pulse Width Modulation to the right.
FM Knobs
The FM CV attenuator from Linear FM and FM2 on the right.
Wave Shaper Input
Depending on the CV input here, the waveforms of the output sine wave and triangle wave change, and it is possible to produce a waveform with richer overtones.
outputs
Oscillator output. From the top, it is a sine wave, a triangular wave, a sawtooth wave, and a square wave (pulse wave).
Mode Switch
It is a switch to change the display mode. The default is frequency counter mode, which always displays the frequency.
If you press the button once, it will be in note mode, and in addition to the frequency, it will display the scale when it comes to the frequency of the scale.Sharp scales are displayed with a "." Between C and 1, such as "C.2".
Press the button again to enter octave mode.
1V / Oct Input
A CV input that specifies the pitch of the oscillator.
External Input
By inputting the output of another oscillator here, you can display the frequency and scale of that oscillator. For accurate frequency measurements, use a sawtooth wave for the input.
SyncInput
Input the output of the sawtooth wave or pulse wave of the master oscillator used for the oscillator sink here.
Hard Sync Modulation
With Hard Sync Modulation, you can input any sound as the master sound used for syncing, and the Z3000 synchronizes with that sound.
Pulse Width Modulation
CV input to control the pulse width
FM1 Input
FM1 input that CV controls the frequency of the oscillator.
Linear FM Input
Linear FM input that controls the frequency of the oscillator by CV.Linear FM is milder than other FM1 and FM2 FMs, and it is relatively easy to control dissonance. You can control the strength with the attenuator on the left.
FM2 Input
FM2 input that CV controls the frequency of the oscillator. You can control the strength with the attenuator on the left.
Display
Displays frequency / scale / octave according to the mode.
