MUSICAL FEATURES

Tetrapad is a pressure sensitive multi-dimensional controller that can be used for many purposes. The four pads are sensitive to the vertical position and pressure of the touched point, and replace it with a voltage for output.

Tetrapad can operate in various modes. There are 9 operating modes and 1 global setting mode. Press the white mode selection button, rotate one of the four encoders to select the mode, then press the mode selection button again to return. All settings for each mode are stored even when the power is turned off. The signals output from the eight outputs differ depending on the mode.

• Mode 1: Faders Mode-In this mode, the voltage corresponding to the vertical position of the fader and the pressure is output for 4 channels.
• Mode: Voltages Mode-In this mode, each pad can be divided into upper and lower parts, and different voltages can be assigned to a total of 2 outputs. Eight sets of output-assigned voltages can be stored as presets.
• Mode 3: Keyboard Mode-Mode that turns Tetrapad into an 8-key keyboard. In this mode the top and bottom of each pad is split. The gate is output when the pad is pressed, and the position and pressure information can also be output.
• Mode: Custom Keyboard Mode-8-key keyboard mode in which you can manually assign the output of each keyboard. The output can be set finely regardless of the built-in scale.
• Mode 5: Drum Mode -In this mode Tetrapad functions as four drum pads. In addition to the gate output, each pad also outputs the CV according to the hit position information.
• Mode 6: LFO Mode -This mode outputs four independent LFOs. CV according to pressure can also be output
• Mode 7: Switches Mode-Tetrapad now has 8 switch panels that can be used as toggle or momentary switches
• Mode 8: Chord Mode -In this mode, each pad memorizes 4 note chords, and when you press the pad, pitch CV, gate, trigger, position and pressure CV corresponding to 4 notes are output. You can also select the chord from the chord library and set the route and turn.
• Mode 9: Custom Chord Mode -In this mode, chords are output by directly specifying each scale without using the chord library.
• Mode 12: Global Configuration -It is a mode to set the pressure sensitivity of Tetrapad

firmware Update

Follow the steps below to update the firmware.

1. Power down the module
2. Connect the USB cable from the back of the module to your computer.
3. IntellijelPagesOpen the updater downloaded from and select the module and version from the dropdowns.
4. Power on the module again while holding down the white button on the front
5. At the bottom of the updaterUpdateWhen the button is pressed, the progress bar starts, and when the message “Update completed successfully” is displayed at the end, the update is complete.
6. Restart the modular and it should work with the new firmware
