Select 2 is a high-precision dual CV processor that controls and processes input signals with gate signals.

One processor has two signal inputs labeled SIG. INPUT and can accept either audio or CV. The default input is the left terminal with + 1V internally wired, but the right input signal is selected (Switch) while the gate input to SELECT is on.

Then the signal flows to the HOLD circuit. The input signal is instantly frozen at the rising edge of the gate input to HOLD, and is held (HOLD) until it returns to low again. All Select 2 gate inputs work correctly with significantly weaker or slower signals.

The signal finally goes to the Polarizer / Athenuverter.
The gain is 0 at the center position, -1 (Inverted) at the minimum position, and +1 (Unity Gain) at the maximum position. The polariser is overridden by inputting a gate into UNITY, and this unique ability allows for a variety of interesting gated signal modulations.
