Random*Source Serge Triple+ Waveshaper (TWS+)

¥48,900 (Tax excluded ¥44,455)
3 + 1 Wave Shaper Modules for delicate shaping to complex patches

Format: Eurorack
Width: 18HP
Depth: 30mm
Current: 20mA @ + 12V, 10mA @ -12V, 0mA @ + 5V

To protect the original signal voltage range of Serge, the signal handled by Random * Source Serge is smaller than the standard Eurorack module, which is 5V at Peak to Peak.It is not as small as the line level, but when using it with other companies' products, pass it through a signal booster or attenuator as needed.

In stock. Orders made by 15:XNUMX will be shipped the same day

MUSICAL FEATURES

Triple Waveshaper is one of the main wave shape shaper modules in the Serge system. Three separate wave shapers allow parallel processing of up to three sounds. The Link switch can also internally connect the output of the lower section to the input of the upper section, allowing the sections to be connected to the serial. The Random * Source version of Serge TWS has been extended, with another shaping circuit added to the serial in the lower most section ("+1"), and two circuits connecting two shaping circuits to the serial when only the upper Link switch is on.

About Serge
Serge modular was originally developed as a system with different voltages and sizes from Eurorack, and is now euro-racked like this product, but there are also unique rules for jacking and the voltage used.
  • The range of voltageused is smaller than the normal Eurorack module. In a normal Eurorack, the upper and lower end width of the voltage is 10V (10Vpp) while the Serge Euro is 4-6Vpp. Input to the filter is also designed to match the level, so use it through a signal booster or attenuator as appropriate when using it with other companies' products.
  • In Serge, the expected voltage for each jack is represented by color.
    Red: Gate
White: Unipolar (voltage greater than 0V)
Black: Bipolar (assuming negative voltage as well as 0V or higher)
As for the speed of the signal, it works at audio rate and CV rate in any jack, which is a feature of the Serge system.
