Intellijel's Stomp removes the barrier between Eurorack and effects pedals.This is for modular synthesizer userseffect pedalprovides a gateway to the paradise of the , giving guitarists a wormhole into the sonic manipulation of the Eurorack modules.
Stomp allows modular synthesizer enthusiasts to interact with a wide variety of guitarist-friendly delay, chorus, flanger, phaser, fuzzbox, tremolo, wah-wah, amp simulator, compressor and pitch shifter pedal effects.For modulation, for the expression pedal input of the effect pedalBuilt-in LFOis also equipped.Also, by patching the modulation voltage made with your own modular system to the expression control jack, you can use that CV to control the pedal.
Conversely, guitarists can plug their guitars directly into Stomp's RETURN jack, giving them access to the endless fun of Eurorack-specific filters, ring modulation, wavefolders, and most importantly CV modulation.
Feature:
- Equipped with rugged Neutrik 1/4" TS connectors for SEND/RETURN and TRS connectors for Expression interface.
- The signal arriving at Stomp's RETURN jack is passed through a Class A triode emulator, allowing for tube-like overdrive at high gain settings.
- Stomp is more than just a simple level shifter, it's also an impedance converter that provides the right drive and load for any FX pedal or instrument you plug into it.
- Separate gain controls for both SEND and RETURN.This allows you to adjust the level of any audio going into your FX pedals, or adjust the level of audio coming back into your modular.This not only optimizes the signal-to-noise ratio, but also greatly increases the RETURN level for pleasing overdrive tones.
- Supports both instrument level and line level using front panel switches.
- Use Stomp's RETURN circuit as a "direct box" to connect any instrument.
- Due to the high input impedance of the RETURN circuit, it can also be used as a preamplifier for piezo pickups in acoustic instruments.
- Use Stomp in the studio as an active "reamping" device for playing pre-recorded tracks through guitar amps and pedals.
- All inputs are protected for minimal RF interference.
- You can phase-invert the return signal for phase-inverting effects.
- The MIX output is set to low impedance to drive long cables, low noise, and minimal interference from external sources.
- The Expression Pedal Output converts an analog CV source (or internal LFO) into an output compatible with most Stompbox Expression inputs.
