You can order 365 hours a day, 24 days a year. We do not support email or ship every Sunday. Deposits and orders placed after 3pm on Saturday will be shipped after Monday.

You can order any time.We don't ship nor respond to e-mails on every Sundays.Orders placed during the holiday time will be processed again on Mon.

Stock status and pre-orders

The stock status of the products in our shop is one of the following four.

  • In Stock: In stock. Orders made by 15:XNUMX will be shipped the same day
  • Coming soon: Coming soon
  • Pre-order: Available to order
  • Out of stock: sold out. We cannot accept reservations.
Coming Soon and Pre-Order products are collectively referred to as reserved items. All items except Out of Stock can be placed in the cart and ordered. It is possible to place both stock and reserved items in the cart together and place an order, with partial shipment in the order of stock. Stock status of items can take four values, which are listed above. You can order any item other than "Out of Stock". In-Stock items and Pre-order items can be put together into your cart and ordered simultaneously. We can process Partial shipment of an order. Order flow-How to order

On the cart screen, you can specify the desired delivery time in addition to displaying the order details. In addition, there is a contact field, so please specify your request such as receipt designation and post office closure. Then enter your information, shipping options, and payment method in the checkout section to complete your order.

Immediately after you place an order, you will receive an automatic reply email containing the order details. If you pay by bank transfer, the payee's account information will be included, so please pay within 3 business days. An email will be sent again once the product is ready to be shipped.

At the cart page, you can review your order, select delivery time (domestic shipping only), and put special instructions. Then proceed to the checkout section and enter your info, select shipping option, select payment, and complete your order.

Right after your order, you'll receive order confirmation from us. Account information is in the e-mail for payment via bank transfer. You'll be notified again when your order is ready to ship from us.

International shipping: We ship in-stock items in your order on the same day of your order (cutoff time: 1pm JST), if it's not our holiday. We offer Free shipping worldwide for orders over 50,000yen. (exclude some of Japanese brands, Eurorack cases, Standalone devices, books, and other heavy items+used items) Shipping cost will be automatically calculated and charged at checkout. Please note that import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping and handling charges.

In case we send your order in separate multiple shipments, please note:

  • Free shipping can be applied only if the total price of items in a shipment exceeds the amount required for free shipping.
  • If free shipping cannot be applied to the shipment of in-stock items, you can wait until pre-order items are here to get free shipping. We will discuss in that case.
  • You will be notified each time a part of your order is shipped from us.Shipping status of each item in your order is shown in your order history (account required).
We use DHL Express Worldwide for international shipping. Delivery will take 2-7 days for most of areas worldwide. Shipping charge is automatically calculated and added at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service to your destination. We are not responsible for any Duty Fee's incurred when importing to your country, all Duty Fee's are the responsibility of the customer.

About payment-Payments

Choose your payment method and pay at the end of the accounting section
  1. For payments other than bank transfer and cash on delivery: Please enter the necessary information according to the instructions such as credit card or PayPal, and pay when ordering.
  2. In case of bank transfer: Please pay within 3 business days after placing the order, as the transfer account will be listed on the automatic reply email sent immediately after placing the order, and on the page displayed after the order is confirmed.
  3. For cash on delivery: Please pay in cash upon receipt. Due to the system of our shop, cash on delivery fee is not included in the price at the time of payment. Therefore, please prepare the total amount of the order plus the fee and pay it when you receive it. The cash on delivery fee is 30,000 yen including tax for purchases less than 330 yen including tax, and 660 yen including tax for more than that. The maximum amount of cash on delivery is 30 yen.
We accept payments by credit cards / PayPal / Bank Transfer / COD for domestic orders.
Bank Transfer and COD are not available for international orders.
