WMD Overseer

Overseer is a voltage-controllable stereo filter that considers performance as an effect applied to the entire song like DJ.

The Overseer is equipped with one high-pass filter and one low-pass filter, and can be controlled with one knob so that turning it to the left acts as a low pass, and turning it to the right acts as a high pass. The filter can be bypassed with one button. By setting the Filter Cutoff switch, you can limit the range of the cutoff frequency so that all frequencies are not accidentally cut and there is no sound.

The two cutoffs can be independently voltage controlled and the resonance has a common CV control. You can also use a stereo Tilt effect, where the cutoff varies from center to left and right.
