Erica Synths Black Digital Noise is a unique noise module that produces a wide range of noise effects, from white noise to 1-bit noise like the Atari console. At the heart of Black Digital Noise is a programmable logic matrix that contains two linear feedback shift registers that produce polynomial noise effects.A similar noise generation scheme was used in old drum machines and derives from the technology used in data scrambling.
