Elektron Model:Samples

Model: Samples is a 6-track, sample-based groove box. Elektron is equipped with many features, including a proud sequencer. In addition, it comes with samples and patterns of higher quality than at the time of shipment, so you can immediately create a groove by itself. Adding original samples is very easy.

Unlike many Elektron machines, Model: Samples has only one function (parameter) assigned to each knob, which makes it more intuitive. Also, each track can be used as MIDI tracks instead of audio, and can also be used as a MIDI sequencer to play external devices. It weighs less than 1 kg and is very easy to carry.

Major features

• The "Control All" feature can make a huge difference to your sound. If you reload it after that, it will return to the start state.
• Parameter locks allow you to automate parameters. Each step can have a completely different sound.
• Like the kit, you can load 6 samples at a time. This is ideal for creating patterns using parameter locks or LFOs. With six new samples loaded, you can quickly experiment and produce unique and unexpected results.
• You can compose basslines and melodies using chromatic mode.
• New Chance parameter. Chance sets the probability of whether the sequencer step of the track will be triggered. Using Chance with the “control all” feature can have a variety of interesting and unexpected results.
• You can record a sequence with or without quantization. Steps can apply micro timing by controlling individual swings per track.
