Bandit is a spectral processing module that combines a lowpass, two bandpass, and a highpass filter with a VCA with various routing options.
Features include equalizer, crossover, multi-band VCA, 4-band spectral mixer, per-band FX inserts and more.
- VC equalizer/isolator that can cut or boost the frequency band of the input audio
- Split one sound into four different frequency bands and insert after external processing
- Also features inputs with defined frequency bands, allowing up to four different audio signals to be processed separately and then mixed together
- Create four different sounds from one source by modulating the volume of four frequency bands with different envelopes
Create ever-evolving timbres by modulating several frequency bands using LFOs or audio-rate modulation
-CV-controlled 4-band EQ
・The bands are set from the bottom up at 300Hz, 700Hz, 1500Hz, and 5000Hz.
- Separate inputs for each band
- 4 return inputs
-Level LED and peak LED meters
The Bandit has individual channel inputs and outputs as well as overall inputs and outputs, which are cleverly wired internally, and it also has four return inputs, allowing for a variety of uses.
If the input to an individual band is not patched, the signal input to All Audio In is input, making it easy to send one audio to multiple bands. Also, if the output is patched to an individual band output, that band output is separated from Mix OUT. This allows you to send the individual band output of a band to an effect, and patch the effect output to the Return input of Bandit, allowing you to insert and mix the effect only on that band channel. The Return input can also be used as an additional input to the mixer.
Each Band Level CV In is normalized to +10V, and when an external CV is connected, the fader becomes an attenuator.
