The Pip Filter is a compact 4HP 2-pole low-pass VCF module. In addition to two cutoff CV inputs and a resonance knob, it has a trigger input for pinging and a CV input for the built-in VCA. The filter cutoff can be controlled by a knob control, a CV input with attenuverter, and a unity gain CV input. The manually controlled resonance can be self-oscillated. The trigger input allows for filter pinging, which can produce percussive pluck-type sounds. The built-in VCA (normally open) located at the final stage allows for further independent amplitude control of the filtered signal.
