TM is a random CV generator inspired by Turing Machine. When PROB is all the way to the left (0V), a completely new random voltage is output. When PROB is all the way to the right (5V), it outputs exactly the same voltage as the previous loop. The length of the sequence is controlled by the STEPS knob and voltage and can be set from 2 to 32. You can also control the output voltage level with AMP control.
