MUSICAL FEATURES

Poczdam is the binary data routing solution for the company's Leibniz subsystem. Poczdam makes it easy to manually and remotely switch between two Leibniz sources, change individual bits in the data stream, and re-clock the data with the built-in VCO or any external clock signal. It's especially useful in complex Leibniz setups that require rearranging the dataflow between multiple modules, but it's also great for small, creative patches like splicing waveforms, breaking rhythmic loops, and generating digital chaos. is also valid.

HOW TO USE

The main function of Poczdam is the twoLeibniz InSwitching between two data sources connected to the boat. This switch is located at the top of the front panel.SOURCEManual operation via illuminated button labeled orSOURCE SELECTIt is done by a trigger/gate signal to the input.

This data source is selected with an associated clock andLeibniz Outsent to the header. Also, data from the selected source is stored in the front panel's eight binaryINCOMING DATA OUTPUTSAlso available from Jack's Bank.

In addition, the clock of the selected source is clocked separately from the bits of data.INCOMING CLOCK OUTAvailable from Jack.

The right side of the 8 bit output jack is the 8OUTGOING DATA INPUTSBank.Signals connected to these are converted to Leibniz data andOUT 2sent to the header. Each of the OUTGOING DATA INPUTS can also be normalized to the signal from the corresponding INCOMING DATA OUTPUTS, this normalization isLINKIt can be activated with the button.

Data sent to the OUT 2 header uses the same clock as OUT1 by default, but the front panelOUTGOING CLOCK INPUTIt is also possible to replace the clock by patching the signal toOne particularly good option is to use the internal local clock generator. This frequency isRATEIt can be controlled by a knob and a CV patched to the RATE input. The clock can operate in three ranges that can be toggled by small switches on the front panel, with the central positionHz0.8-15000Hz in the lower positionkHzAt 7kHz-120kHz, at the upper positionMHzwill be 0.1MHz-2MHz,OUTAvailable from Jack.
