Pressure Points (PP)Is an expander that turns the into a sequencer.

Enter the clock signal into the Clock input to advance the step, and reset will return to the last touched step. Since it is also equipped with Run and Dir inputs, even one unit can create sequence phrases with more than 1 steps.

You can also move to the desired step by pressing the touch plate during the sequence even with the PP with Brain connected. Normally, it moves at the moment you touch it, but if a clock is input to Touch Clock, it will move only at the timing of that clock, so you can move to the step you like while precisely matching the timing.

One Brains can be connected to two PPs at the same time, and when connected to two, it will be an 2-step sequencer. A ribbon cable for that is also included. See the following for connection methods.

connection

  • Jumper settings when using Pressure Points alone without connecting them to Brains.

  • Jumper cable setting when connecting one Pressure Points with Brains. Remove all the jumpers under the center of the PP, connect the ribbon cable there (with the red stripe facing down), and connect it to the connector directly above the power connector of Brains. Also, remove the jumper on the back of PP and the upper left. And although I can't tell from the picture, the upper jumper of Brains (bottom right of the picture below) covers the two left pins of the three pins when viewed in the same direction as the photo.

  • Jumper cable setting when connecting two Pressure Points with Brains. I removed all the jumpers under the center of the two PPs, connected a ribbon cable to them (with the red stripe facing down), and connected them to the two connectors just above the Brains power connectors. Also, for one PP, remove the jumper at the upper left on the back. For the other PP, remove all three "2 MASTER" jumpers. And although you can't see in the picture, the upper jumpers on the Brains cover the right two of the three pins when viewed in the same direction as the picture.
