MUSICAL FEATURES

Japanese manual

A 16-step CV gate sequencer. Up to 16 patterns can be saved and recalled

Feature:
Sequence length can be set up to 16 steps
CV output is quantizable and can be selected from 9 scales
Gate length can be set for each step
Equipped with a function to turn off a step or merge with the next step
Slides can be set by selecting steps
Can be transposed
Random playback function within the set scale
5 playback modes can be set
Memory of 16 sequences including all settings
Gate length can be set in 8 steps, CV range is 0-8V (8 octaves)

HOW TO USE

Editing the sequencer is done using two pushable encoders ("STEP" and "VALUE").
The "STEP" encoder above will change color each time you push. When lit, you can set the entire sequence according to the color. If it's not lit, turn it to specify the step that you want to edit, and set a specific value with the "VALUE" knob.

Sequence-wide settings

Turn the STEP encoderSequence lengthを指定し、決定時に再びプッシュします。シーケンス長が1~8の場合はディスプレイにそのまま選択されているシーケンス長が1~8で表示され、9~16ステップ長を選択しているときは9が"1."、16が"8."のようにドットつきで表示されます

Step-by-step settings

"STEP" encoder goes outIf you are turning, turn the STEP encoderSteps to editAnd specify a specific value with the "VALUE" knob. The color of the VALUE knob changes each time you push it, and the parameter for each step to be set differs depending on the color, and is as follows.
  • ---- The "Value" encoder lights green
Turn the VALUE encoder to select the stepScaleSet. Sharp is displayed with dots like "C."
  • ---- The "Value" encoder lights red
Turn the VALUE encoder to select the stepGateSet ON / OFF and length of. The length can be set in 8 steps, the gate is turned off at the shortest and the gate is connected to the next step at the maximum gate length.
  • ---- The "Value" encoder lights yellow
Turn the VALUE encoder to select the stepslideSet ON / OFF of.

Other operations

  • Transpose:
While the sequence is running, you can hold the VALUE encoder and turn the STEP encoder to raise or lower the overall pitch of the sequence while maintaining the scale. If you release the VALUE encoder, the pitch will return to the original value, but if you press the STEP encoder during transposition, you can hold the transposition.
  • Randomize
When you press the "RND" button, the sequence will be randomized within the set scale and octave range.
  • Master slide setting
You can change the slide settings for the entire step by holding down the "RND" button and turning the STEP encoder. You can select master slide OFF (slides set for each step remain valid) / random slide / slide ON for all steps.
  • Pattern save
If you press the "L / S" button twice, the STEP encoder will blink red, so turn the encoder to select the save destination and push the encoder to confirm the save.
  • Pattern loading
When you press the "L / S" button once, the STEP encoder blinks in green. Turn the encoder to select the pattern to load, and push the encoder to confirm the load.
