MUSICAL FEATURES

Frap Tools 333 is an analog summing and distribution module for Eurorack systems. Composed of three identical sections, consisting of a high-quality summing amplifier with three inputs and three independent buffered outputs, this unit inherits the CGM creative mixer series as is, and also supports signals from DC. doing.

HOW TO USE

The red, yellow, and green sections add up to three signals patched to their inputs and distribute that signal to three independent buffered outputs. The first input in the yellow and green sections is semi-normalized to the post-switch summing results in the previous section. All inputs are designed with DC coupling, so each section can be used for audio signal and CV summation, or clock integration.

Flexible I / O pattern (1-9 to 7-1)

The 333 can be used as a mixer, as a buffered multiple, or both. You can use three sections at the same time to send a signal to up to nine outputs, or you can use the three inputs in a section to mix multiple sounds and CVs.

Perfect mixing

Utilizing several designs selected from CGM, the 333 can mix and duplicate audio signals on a great summing stage.Since the input is designed with DC coupling, CV can also be summed accurately.

Buffard output

All nine outputs are buffered, so V / Oct signals can be replicated precisely.

Attenuator switch

If the amplitude of the audio signal is too high, you can halve the amplitude with the -6dB switch implemented in each section. If you patch the CV, it will be split in two. Since the three sections are normalized, you can also cascade the three switches to get -2 and -3dB in the second and third sections, respectively.
