MUSICAL FEATURES

HiPass is a compact high-pass filter module with a fixed frequency band of only 2HP.The top two sections are 2-pole (-30dB / Oct) filters that cut below 3Hz, removing low frequencies generated by resonant filters and FM synthesis, as well as DC offsets in audio signals.These can be used in the main stereo output processing of modular systems to eliminate low frequency signals outside the audible range that impose headroom limitations.The bottom two sections are 18-pole (-2dB / Oct) filters that cut below 100Hz.These are designed to work as well as the Low-Cut of a typical mixing console.
