AM

AM controls the amplitude (strength) of the sound source with voltage (at the audio rate) to add metallic overtones and dissonances. You can also use your own (waveform output) as the AM modulation source. Also, the AM here is ring modulation, and if you increase the modulation until the AM corresponding to the negative voltage is applied, it will become AM with the inversion of the oscillator waveform.  
 

Frequency Shift Keying

In this mode (FSK mode), the frequency during rising and falling of the waveform can be controlled separately. With the FSK mode switch in the down position, the frequency is set by F1 when the square wave output is high (when the sine / triangle wave output signal rises) and by F2 when the square wave output is low (when the sine / triangle wave output signal falls). It will be decided. For this reason, the triangular wave output has a waveform with different slopes for up and down, and you can change the tone as well as the pitch by moving F1 / F2.

In FSK, the pitch changes a little because the waveform changes depending on F1 and F2, butCombination switchIs useful. With the switch down and Combination Mode enabled, F1 can control both F1 and F2, allowing you to control pitch while maintaining the waveform.
