HOW TO USE

LichA multifunctional module based on Rebel Technology's OWL digital platform that allows you to create new patches and upload to modules. The platform accepts patches created with Pure Data Vanilla, C ++, Fast, and Max Gen, but you can also leverage various existing patches in Rebel Technology's patch library.

At the time of shipment, the four patches of reverb / stereo delay / harmonic oscillator / CV-MIDI or MIDI-CV converter / are loaded, and patch 4 is loaded as the initial value at startup. To upload a new patch, connect your computer to the module with a USB cable and open the following URL in a MIDI-enabled browser such as Google Chrome or Chromium.

https://www.rebeltech.org/patch-library/

Then click Connect to Device from the Device menu.Click Allow in a pop-up prompting the browser to allow access to the device. If the connection between the website and the module is successful, the following screen will be displayed.

On this screen, you can check the amount of CPU memory in use and make some adjustments such as resetting the device and erasing the memory.Loaded patches are displayed on the right side of the screen.Select a patch from the menu at the top of the screen and click on any patch to select it.

On the patch screen, you can see the patch description and control details. You can load the patch into RAM and run the patch test by clicking the LOAD button.Click STORE to permanently store the patch in the module's memory and select any slot to complete the upload.Note that many of these patches are targeted at other OWL devices, so special hardware such as Lich's CV output may not have features assigned to them. Also, these patches are coded by community users and do not guarantee full functionality.
